Good questions make good plans.

Everything you need to know before you arrive, from timing and table sizes to dietary options and ticket exchanges.

01When should we arrive?+

Doors open 75 minutes before a show that includes dinner. For concerts without dinner, 30–60 minutes before showtime is plenty.

02How long is the experience?+

Plan on about two and a half hours for dinner and show together.

03Do children need a ticket?+

Adult tickets are for ages 12 and up. Children ages 3–11 have a child rate. Children 2 and under attend free, but still need a ticket and a seat.

04Will we sit with other guests?+

Value seating may place guests together. Premium and VIP experiences guarantee your own private table.

05Do you have vegetarian or gluten-free options?+

Yes. Please tell your server when they first come to your table so the current menu can be prepared for you. Menu options can change.

06Is the theater accessible?+

Designated accessible seating is available. Assisted listening devices are also available first-come, first-served. Call the box office when booking for help.

07What is the dress code?+

There is no dress code. Most guests dress casually, but dressing up for a special occasion is always welcome.

08Can I exchange my tickets?+

Ticket sales are final, but exchanges are allowed up to 48 hours before the performance. Weather-related exceptions may apply. Call the box office at (608) 432-7469.
